Resources for Social Annotation

Suggest an Educator Resource

We’re building an open collection of educational resources for engaging students with social annotation. And we’re looking for examples of annotation assignments, lesson plans, learning modules, multimedia and best practices. Submissions will be reviewed by Hypothesis staff for clarity and reusability. All published resources will be available under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY) in order to simplify and maximize sharing with peers and colleagues. By submitting this form and suggesting a resource, you grant Annotation Unlimited, PBC, and the Hypothesis staff the non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free right to digitize the work identified above (the “work”) and to archive, reproduce, distribute, display, disseminate, perform, and transmit the work, in whole or in part, without restriction or limitation, and to authorize others to do so, for educational and promotional purposes, in all formats now or hereafter known.

You also represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of the copyright in the work, that the work does not infringe or violate any rights of others, and that I have the authority to grant the rights requested in this agreement.

You acknowledge that you retain the copyright of the work. You have obtained any necessary third-party rights and will provide copies of these permissions upon request by Annotation Unlimited, PBC.

You expressly release Annotation Unlimited, PBC, its board, officers, agents, employees, licensees, and assignees, from any and all claims, including without limitation copyright, privacy, and defamation claims, arising out of any use, broadcast, exhibition, publication, or promotion of this work.

CREATIVE COMMONS LICENSE AUTHORIZATION
